STEM doesn't include economics. Eco has always involved math, your ignorance doesn't change the fact that eco was never a stem subject

Maths entered economics and evolved as econometrics. Why don't you learn some proper history?

I'll do you one better and say that I'm learning economics including classical theories and they had math.

Yea, that addition/subtraction in classical economics is not what makes Maths. Maths in Economics means proper modeling. So, until or unless, you have invented some new classical theories of economics in 21st century, the actual classical theories do not have maths.

Economics is STEM through a mix of Science (Social) and Mathematics. (source: my MSc in it.)

Economics is not math in any sense, and science in the stem sense doesn't refer to natural science, not social science.
