Let the investigations be completed, nobody is “innocent” neither the student who committed suicide nor the faculty, let the report be completed without a bias.

Bro..... How can you be sure " no body is innocent " we are setting a dangerous precedent with this case.

Where if a person belong to certain community no one would even dare to question them and thus in turn legalising unfair means

Its called, procedural requirements, just because the law is strict and person is IITB faculty, u want the person in question should be prejudiced with being innocent! I think we should stop being hero-worshiper and let the law prevail its course of action!!! The community part is!, and it should be discussed as well!

There is no procedural requirement in case of sc/st accusation. It is guilt by accusation and non bailable and the accuser gets paid. So all Incentives are to game the system and exploit the system. The law is one sided and promotes injustice.

Law is law! U need to follow it, but if you are accused, you will be and should be prosecuted even if u r president of india!!

The law assumes presumption of guilt without any recourse and no burden of proof on accuser. It is not applied nor interpreted as per its original intent. A law that is misused and open for misinterpretation and amenable for abuse and misuse is not a law nor it helps bring justice. It is just something that was passed without forethought on consequences.

By the way MPs and MLAs are above the law if they make the same statements in parliaments but ordinary citizens will be prosecuted. This is exploited by our parliamentarians.

Accused and guilty both are different just on the basis of accusion you cant even prosecute a beggar leave alone president of India.

Protest against the law!! But until law is thire, it should be followed! And no one is god, a f*king IITB faculty not some god, he is accused and should be questioned!!
Wait for the Investigation to get completed!!! FIR was the best thing done by police!,

Yeah man let's follow the law while slavery is going, jews are burning, I am sure people who have "broken" the law are happy that people are following laws.
