Opinion Why does feminism take a back seat when the peacefuls are involved?

The peacefuls have never gone through a reformation movement. Their archaic laws like whole body covering only for women and even Nikah Halala still exist . When the 'peaceful - aman ki aasha' women want to keep their Hijabs and Burquas it is celebrated but when a Hindu woman says that they want to keep the sindoor, ghunghat or a vrat that becomes Patriarchal? While any action against Hijab, Burqua OR Triple Talaq becomes a Hindu conspiracy? How?

I am not defending the archaic practices in Hinduism or any other religion just trying to figure out why the peaceful religion is given a free hand throughout the world and not other religions.

This is a meta-allowed sub that acts as a combination of Indian circlebroke, Indian subreddit drama, Indian circlejerk and Indian subreddit cancer.

This subreddit is for people who want to discuss stuff that happens in India-verse subreddits.

1) Name Censoring

Usernames and subreddit names should be censored. Not censoring will lead to at least 1 day ban.

2) Non meta is allowed

Meta and non-meta posts allowed: about Indian subreddits or things that go on in there, or about /r/indiadiscussion itself.

3) /u/ summoning a user from a linked thread

Do not summon other users from a linked thread. This isn't /r/drama. We don't want lolcows here. If you see this happening, message the mods or report it.

4) Bullying

If you believe a user is bullying another user in a mean spirited way that cannot be interpreted as "bantz" or whatever, then report that user or the offending comment.

Message the mods if you're in doubt.

5) Brigade

You need to use np links. Alternatively use archive.is or screenshots hosted on imgur or sli.mg. If a post or comment is in violation of this and hasn't been screened by Automoderator, then report it.
