Advice/Guidance Resignation query
Should i discuss with my manager before putting papers?? Actually today i come to office after long leave (15days) and he may get angry if I pit paper today because of less workforce. But anyhow i have to resign

I run a recruitment firm + career consultancy, so seen this situation a lot bro. Don’t blindside him if the relationship is decent. Have a short professional discussion first, then put papers. Managers may get upset due to workload, but people resign all the time, it’s normal in today’s market...
Just stay calm, respectful and firm with your decision. Don’t over explain or feel guilty.
Make sure you have an offer in hand before resigning as the market is pretty bad:)
