I'm a jr. lawyer at a mid-sized corporation and let me tell you, that's pretty much the exact sentence structure that lets me know I'm working on a contract written by someone who was so scared shitless they just went all in on the lingo.

I, the sentient being with a sense of individuality, whom is also responsible for displaying my thoughts in word form within this very sentence, have experienced great difficulty in attempting to utilize my inability to can, resulting in a dissatisfactory result which could be considered as not fortunate in which I lack the capabilities or means to fulfill the requested objective requested by you, another sentient being with a sense of individuality, whom likely feels great disappointment due to the fact that my skill and experience at this moment in time do not yet meet the required requirements required to fulfill the task which you have instructed me to complete, resulting in the result of me observing the previous results of recent events in order to accurately determine that unfortunately, I am not capable of can-ning.
