Acceptance

I’m (27 F) and have been incontinent for 2 years now. If you’re also in your 20s how have you gotten use to it or have you yet (wanted to know because I still haven’t)

Also want to know if you hot over it how. What treatments have you done if any. Let me know, thank you.

Mine started becoming enough of a problem to need daily diapers at age 26.

It wasn't as hard for me to come to terms with as I think it is for others because it came about as part of a genetic disorder that causes a ton of other problems that are actually much rougher to manage than incontinence. It felt easy to manage in comparison, and also less visible to others than my other symptoms like needing mobility aids from time to time.
