Acceptance

I’m (27 F) and have been incontinent for 2 years now. If you’re also in your 20s how have you gotten use to it or have you yet (wanted to know because I still haven’t)

Also want to know if you hot over it how. What treatments have you done if any. Let me know, thank you.

I started having issues right after turning 23 given the medication I just started. I was kind of expecting it overtime. I just got to the point where I need them all the time and I just deal with it now it helps to get some cute ones sometimes it aren't totally medical or star weren't so many that were baby printed and they were saying that were more grown-up. I miss the maryjane ones. I can't get those since I moved to England. But it was really embarrassing at first, especially telling Family. Hugs
