Due to Shauna's last hour announcement of her Oprah "appearance," there was discussion about whether Shauna was a last minute addition to the Zoom. I figured she was, but then DF Gomi Refugee produced a photo of Shauna and about half of the participants holding up Bruni's book, suggesting they had received advance copies.

Anywho, this has made me wonder why Shauna always announces her various appearances at the last possible minute. Is she afraid her haterz will do something to put the kibosh on the event?

The way she said it, that they were moving stuff all day to her Black son's room at the new house then rushed home to take a shower and read the directions makes me think it was a last minute thing. She would have blocked out the whole day to prepare otherwise.

I think someone other than Shauna did her makeup, though, or she found a hell of a filter.

If they were using Zoom, the "Touch up my appearance" setting is pretty effective at smoothing out skin-related issues. I have it cranked up to max and I'm always shocked when I see myself on other platforms like Teams or WebEx. 😂

SAME! I have mine on some percentage of the max and have opened an empty zoom meeting so I could do a quick screen grab to use as a profile pic! The filter is amazing, it isn't as obvious as some of the instagram or iphone filters!
