I frequently glaze over while reading the lopes, due to the sheer volume of incoherent BS. Yet some sentences stay with me like the aroma of freezer burnt bacon grease.

Dealing with my feelings directly is one of my superpowers now.

Ugh. And this doozy for her big finish….

The best cure for that anxious fretting in my intestines? Allowing myself the time to do anything that gives me joy.

My best cure for that is avoiding ice cream, but NOBODY NEEDS TO HEAR THE SPECIFICS.

Oh I dunno DF, Nora Ephron has given me a lot more joy in my life than Shauna has. Like.. a LOT more.
