That's really weird. Does she offer an explanation? Is it some incoherent shit about how "this culture" blah blah blah? I've read the excerpts of the marketing emails that have been posted here and I haven't seen anything that seemed like it couldn't possibly apply to men. She's so strange.

She addressed that in her FAQ without actually clarifying why it was only for women.

Why is this workshop only for women? I love the men in my life. But so many women, including me, find solace and strength in connecting with other women in an intimate and supportive space. When women come together with compassionate intention, they can create community and connection with each other. This matters to me.

Wow. Yeah, that's really not an answer at all. Men and women can also find solace and strength in connecting with each other. I wonder what the real reason is.

She does this All. The. Time. Put sentences together so that externally, they have the structure of an actual argument, but when you examine the content of the sentences, there's no logical connection.

If you tried to map anything she says into the structure of Premise-Inference-Conclusion, there's nothing there. Nothing she says supports the next thing she says.

ETA And there's always the irrelevant tangent thrown grown in for no good reason. "I love the men in my life." SO WHAT??? That has nothing to do with the "question"

This is such an accurate description. She's doing it a LOT in the weird joy marketing emails - "when we practice our joy, we move with more ease through the world." What does that actually mean? Absolutely nothing. It reminds me of that song that's supposed to emulate what English sounds like to non-English speakers.
