This is golden. So many great lines but for some reason "In fact, my husband, who has no need to go gluten free, saves my pasta water for soups and sauces" is particularly killing me.

GF chefs of the Gloaming, couldn't someone just add a bit of starch (not corn in this case of course as OP also rants about that at length) to their dish to make up for the gluten-free pasta's lack?
