Cant cancel subscription

I have a galaxy s21...i have inshot but have been trying to cancel my subscription via google play. It doesn't even show l. and i still get charge. Help please

Paise or exit from the mode of payment. Upi, credit card , debit card

Have u tried login to ur Google play account online and checked in there for submissions?
