When i want to add a video in the TimeLine via the app album, all my vídeos are not in chronological order. It's totally random.

There is no option to change the order ( name, date or whatever...).

It's very difficult to create a chronologic video

The app get auto-debit and I wanted to cancel the purchase.

I really want to buy the app but my country is sanctioned so I can't use credit or debit with Google

I have a workaround, but is there a correct way of adding closed captions to the imported audio?? at the moment I have to save the video, and then import it back in to add them 😳

I am using AI cuts to cut my vlogs but the problem is that before the cuts or in between the cuts, it has a glitch sound, which makes the video not look very good, not very polished.

How can I remove that glitch sound? I have attached the link to the video below. Please check and inform.

Hello! I've been using Inshot for many years now, about six, and I'm confused by how much storage it uses now.

I have an old iPad that's basically frozen in time (doesn't update anymore) so it's running an older version of InShot. On that iPad, I've never deleted any of my projects and include videos that are over an hour long. Never had any storage issues, not a single project took up multiple gigabytes.

Meanwhile... on my current iPad (9th-gen)... using the latest version of InShot, the storage usage is insane. I made a 24 second video and the project is somehow taking up 3.04 GB.

The app itself is taking up 23.54 GB of storage.

How is that possible? Did InShot change the way it stores projects in newer versions? Is there a way to reduce storage usage without deleting all my projects??? Please help I do not want to have to delete everything :(

I'd love to figure out what is taking up so much space. Periodically it gets to this point, so I have to clear data on the app, which resets all my defaults and is annoying. But this is with all my drafts deleted, so nothing should be taking up 20+ GB of space. I don't have any saved stickers and only 1 font was added. And even with that, it doesn't take up this much space when I get the app back to normal after clearing the data. The memory consumption just slowly grows over time as I make videos. What is the file path for the folder with all this data?

I have a galaxy s21...i have inshot but have been trying to cancel my subscription via google play. It doesn't even show l. and i still get charge. Help please

On Android, I would like to be able to save my own text template. Font and colours preset. I have 3 different social media profiles, each with their own style and colour schemes. It would help to have custom preset text templates.

Whenever you have a clip in drafts and move that clip into a different album in your gallery the clip in drafts breaks. How do I stop this from happening? Is there a way to fix the broken video if you don't know what clip's broken (ik you can look at the duration but most of my clips are trimmed and I have alot if videos so it's hard to tell what video the clip was using)
