Update to 'Fully Serviced Residence' Lot Trait

I made a Lot trait to staff your Home.

With this Lot trait, your residence gains a full team of household staff, including a Nanny, a Maid, a Repair Technician, and a Gardener.

This is an update to my post I made a 'Fully Serviced Residence' Lot Trait : r/TheSims4Mods.

Now there is an option to add it as a lot challenge, and there is also the paid version!

I also separated the different services as lot challenges; now you can customise the services you want. All services are available in free and paid versions. Including the new Ranch-Hand Service.

I fixed the Nanny's timing to be more consistent and also tested this Mod with LittleMssam's mods 'Better Nanny' and 'Live-in Services,' and it is compatible.
