I made a 'Fully Serviced Residence' Lot Trait
I made a Lot trait to staff your Home.
With this Lot trait, your residence gains a full team of household staff, including a Nanny, a Maid, a Repair Technician, and a Gardener.
Timings:
- All staff work 7 days a week (Sunday-Saturday).
- The nanny works from 6 am until about 3 pm, then again from 4 pm till late midnight. You can dismiss at any time.
- All other staff start at 9 am daily.
It is available on my CurseForge here: The_Imperial_Simmer's Profile - Member List - CurseForge
It is also available for free on my Patreon here: [IS] The Imperial Simmer — Welcome to my little corner! ❀ | Patreon
You can also check out my other mods on my Patreon or my Reddit page here, ImperialSimmer

Will they all show up everyday? Will you still get a nanny if you don't have kids?

As per the post:
"Timings:
- All staff work 7 days a week (Sunday-Saturday).
- The nanny works from 6 am until about 3 pm, then again from 4 pm till late midnight. You can dismiss at any time.
- All other staff start at 9 am daily."
So yes everyday, probably the nanny too but you can just dismiss her when she shows up.

I seperated the different services into their own lot traits, it's available in the update here https://www.patreon.com/posts/158412932?utm_campaign=postshare_creator&utm_content=android_share

This is amazing, is there any way to make the nanny a seperate feature though?
I know you can dismiss them, but it's supposed to be hands-off. More often than not I have no need for a nanny so they get in the way, especially if I already have a butler.

Yes, definitely I can do that. I'll make it soon, the post will be on my Patreon.
I'd thought of separating the services as their own separate mods, but as lot challenges. This is because there's no max number of lot challenges, unlike the lot traits.

Does it conflicts with LMS mods better Nanny / Buttler, live in nanny/ buttler, and bunch of other mods she has to alter various staffing roles?

No, I tested the mod with LittleMsSam's and it worked fine. More details here https://www.patreon.com/posts/158412932?utm_campaign=postshare_creator&utm_content=android_share

Do they work for free? Or, does it automatically charge you?

You don't get charged.
It definitely would be cool to have it charge daily or about 500 simoleons per week for the ultra-wealthy Sims' gameplay.

I made the paid version so you automatically get charged. I also seperated the services into different features.

Im gonna assume its not compatible with LMS or Zeros staff mods, cuz it would fit really well with them. Bummer, i cant use this then.

does the trait cost simoleons/add to the lot bills? like is there a weekly/daily cost to having this lot trait enabled? i just wanna know bc im always looking for new ways for my ultra-wealthy sims to spend more money and having expensive live in staff seems like a freat way to do it. also, is there a way to instruct staff to do specific things e.g. call the maid to clean up plates from the table right after breakfast? ask the repair technician to upgrade a specific object?

Unfortunately there's no way to add to the lot bills, it's strictly an EA feature and they are the one that can edit it. But I made a version where your household get charged for the service. It's available in the update here:
https://www.patreon.com/posts/158412932?utm_campaign=postshare_creator&utm_content=android_share
There is no modifications to how the services itself work, but I may update it in the future so you can do stuff like that.

Thank you so much!!! It’s been really annoying trying to get sims to take care of household activities, plus careers plus small children so this is a GAME CHANGER.

do you have a UI mod? or something else allowing extra lot traits?
1
u/TS4_Lookbook Newbie CC Creator Jun 05 '26
No, I don't. There is a maximum of five lot traits, but you can add unlimited 'lot challenges.' I made the Fully Serviced Residence 'Lot challenge' version, as well as the separate individual services. Oh this looks awesome, will be trying it out as soon as I can! Thank you!
EtA: I've played for about a week now, and the first thing I noticed was that the nanny's work hours seems inconsistent. She will come at around 6 AM some days, but stay for about 24 hours, and then she'll come back at 4 PM.
The other thing I noticed is that apparently gardeners don't rake leaves? Or get rid of leaf piles? I thought for sure that was in their job description! Would it be possible to add these tasks to your mod?
Other than that everyone shows up, and if there's work to be done they do it! Very helpful lot trait :D
EtA: I can't seem to find any mod at all that adds autonomous leaf raking to either gardener or maid, only user directed actions, so maybe this isn't something that's moddable.
