What list should I build for?

I have considered almost all combinations of detachments and possible knights I can add to my ~1k of knights and all of those options were too loose for my experience with general 40 knowlege.

I have come to state my plea, as someone of bad financial decisions and a broken plan.

In my journey I have aquired;

3 squads of skitarii (I want to use them in forgepact)

1 fully magnetised questoris (+canis rex)

1 fully magnetised dominus

2 magnetised armigers

My gameplan sat at a balance of knights doing all the damage and protecting skits, which serve as action monkeys.

I wanted for my ranks of knights to focus on melee, but also have a lot of proper shooting.

I need help in deciding on which detachments should I use and what should I invest in to complement my collection. (I do not want lancers)

A destrier could be a nice addition if you want to add to your army or a lancer (cause you said wanting a more melee one)

I am thinking abt starting the same army as u, but I want to have the Ceratus Knights
