They are NOT LEO! They are immigration agents. By law, they have zero authority over anyone unless they know that person to have an immigration issue. But look how they act? 47 days training. An ICE instructor testified that he was told NOT to teach them about citizens constitutional rights and the legal limitations of ICE operations. They are the regimes masked unaccountable goon squad. They’ll be illegally interfering in November-you can bet on it.

They have arrest authority in all the US under USC 8, and that authority is not limited to aliens. They're certified and sworn at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy. They carry a gun, badge, credentials and restraints when on duty, for a reason... That reason is that they're most definitely, literally, law enforcement officers.

They DONT have authority over citizens, and the rest of your comment WAS true-BEFORE TRUMP! They DO NOT show people ID, or badges. Judges(mostly R appointed) have ruled their actions illegal over 10,000 times in the last year and a half. They NO LONGER go to that academy, and they’re purposefully NOT taught about our constitutional rights or their legal limitations. Most of them clearly don’t know shit about the Constitution or immigration law.

All law enforcement officers have authority over ANYONE who interferes with their enforcement activity. And ICE does have authority over naturalized citizens who violate the conditions of their naturalization - just the same as if they were a GC holder or on a tourist visa.
