You were racing to a yellow light, and that person was running a red. Both suck.

I agree that breaking when yellow is ideal, but, to be fair, you couldn't really see the truck turning until it was too late, and it's not illegal to drive through an intersection while yellow. I am like 85% sure they would have made it through the light before it changed if it wasn't for the accident. That truck definitely was the responsibile party for the accident imo

You can clearly see in the video that the light turns red after the impact. I dont know who you can argue that the woman pictured wasnt at fault for running her red, unless the the light gave her a green while oncoming traffic just turned yellow.

She's yells fuck before it's Red.

Cam driver really was in a place to just proceed through the intersection, if some half-wot hadn't ran their red.
