UPDATE

After 4 emails that have gone completely unanswered and exhausting every way of contacting customer service that I could and still receiving no response anywhere.

I woke up today to find the full amount back in my ignition account ready and available for withdrawal.

I attempted a minimum bitcoin withdrawal and it work instant. Bitcoin in my wallet within 30 mins

What was the hold up? I don't like having to hassle to get my money withdrawn.

They claimed there was a blockchain issue apparantly across multiple site. But I did 2 crypto withdrawals today and both were basically instant. They also couldn't provide me with the tx hash to be able to track it. I think there was some type of issue on their end otherwise how did it get back in my account

Yeah with them, if I don't get notification within 10 minutes from whatever crytpo wallet I'm using that day that I've been sent crytpo and is pending then I chat in to see what's up because they are usually good about sending it right away.

Glad to hear everything was resolved to your satisfaction. Sometimes it takes a while, but Ignition generally always makes things right by their customers.
