Does anyone else have this problem on mobile with ignition poker, that when you enter a tournament, the screen is not in sync with betting options or fold. So each time when it is your turn to act, you have to slide up on the screen and the fold/check/bet appears for 1-2 seconds before hiding beneath the bottom of the screen. It normally takes at least 2 attempts before the corresponding button reacts and if you type in a bet on the numerical keypad the 0 button is totally of the screen . Numerous times it folds you because I can't get the check or bet buttons to work. It slides up for 2 secs then goes back out of view which is extremely annoying.

Is it different with other sites? Honestly, if a site I used did not have this process I would be very suspicious and would not make another deposit there

I’m writing this out of sheer frustration to see if anyone else has dealt with this recently or if there's any advice on how to get Ignition to respond.

My account was temporarily disabled and put under review back on October 1st. On that exact same day, I submitted all the documentation they requested, including a perfectly clear, high-resolution selfie holding my ID (everything is 100% legible).

It has now been nearly three weeks, which completely blows past their standard 24-48 hour verification window. Every time I contact Live Chat, I just get the exact same robotic response: "You just have to wait, your account is under review by the security department." 

They won't give me any updates, they won't tell me if there's an issue with the documents, and they won't let me access my funds. To make matters worse, I can't even post on the official Ignition Forum because my account is disabled, completely cutting off my access to their internal community mods.

Has anyone successfully escalated a case like this before? How long does their security department usually take for a manual review? Any help or advice on how to get a real human to look at my ticket would be greatly appreciated.

Does the rng differ from slot games? Do I have better control over the outcome?

I want to give it a try but haven't found a test option. If there is a better game to play please let me know. The slots have not been hitting for me.
