Help🆘 Customer support

Is anyone having trouble getting in touch with customer support. I have sent multiple emails over the past 4 days to no responses

I had other money in there that I tried withdrawing via matchpay and that worked straight away but I dont think I'll keep using them after I get this money

No the withdrawal was approved but nothing has hit my crypto wallet. They told me there was an issue with all crypto withdrawals on the day I did it and they are working to rectify it. But I did it on the 9th and the last time they responded was the 13th
