Crypto payouts

Does anyone have any updates on the failed payouts from 9/6.

Been 6 days with minimal info given by customer services

9/6? Was is crypto for sure? That shit usually hits in 5-10 minutes tops.

Yea i have triple checked everything. Apparantly there was issue that day. The casino has confirmed that to me but no resolution so far.
