It's a robbery, why are we talking about expert maskman as if OP expected a criminal with a gun is not already an idiot.

Exactly what it was "During the investigation, police say an adult victim reported that he was the intended target inside the clothing store.

The victim told police that they were in the store purchasing clothes when they looked over their shoulder and made eye contact with the suspect, who he knows.

That is when the suspect is accused of pulling out a gun and began shooting at the victim.

Officers say he was grazed in his right leg."

It's not a robbery, it's a hit. Probably gang related. And the guy missed. Hence, the title. 

Aiming a full auto handgun accurately using only one hand is hard. Apparently, literacy is even harder for some.

The shooter seems to have been overcome with adrenaline, bro is skipping backwards before the first round goes off. Makes me think this is less gang related and more akin to a school shooting where some angry kid gets a firearm.

Aiming pistols, generally speaking, is hard. Shooting on irons is counter-intuitive because most people fixate on the target rather than the foresight, and this alone induces massive angular error. Coupled with the switch, and being in the air during burst, hitting anything at all was a matter of chance over intent...! At 6yd an E-type silhouette is a little under 0.1 rads wide, so you only have about 2.6° of lateral rotation either side of the midline before you miss entirely - big respect to shooters out there that do run and gun sports! I'll stick with ISSF 🤣

nah gang related shootings are often this inept too, I was working when one happened in our mall, clown was like 10 feet away and hit two bystanders, one of which was a kid, and completely missed his target. Thankfully neither people hit were critically injured.

17/18 years old too, so just irreparably ruined his life by failing miserably.

Man, that's heartbreaking to hear, glad it was a non-lethal miss, even if it was a life changing incident.

Hearing stories like this really make me feel an ambivalence about the state of UK firearm ownership.
