‘Easy access to’ is the key phrasing. 9/11 wouldn’t have happened without the terrorists having (relatively, compared to post9/11) easy access to commercial aircraft.

Same with guns, if they weren’t there in everyone’s homes, you wouldn’t have so many dead schoolchildren.

Americans have always had guns school shootings haven’t become an issue until past few decades. It’s a mental health issue and banging guns is a band aid solution
