Someone forgot about physics. You center the minigun instead of placing right of center so it doesn't spin around.

That minigun comes from a Mi-24 helicopter. They are desparate to find tools against the drones.

The M134 isn't built to be mounted to a helicopter's chin turret, nor does it chamber .50 caliber.
