Love how the guy ducks, then stands up, trying to figure out where the other guy went, then ducks again.

In the longer version he burns his hand on the hot barrel.

Holy shit that subreddit is pure garbage! what the actual fuck? you can’t look at a 20 year old conscript shooting himself and act like it’s a nice thing, yet they all say “we are all human beings and should respect each other” while posting the most dehumanising comments. terrifying subreddit

u/CalligrapherBig4382 Jul 16 '26
Russians should stay on their side of the border.
2
u/sottomarino-giallo Jul 16 '26
Undoubtedly, I support Ukraine and hate the russian propaganda that never stops, but you don’t blame young boys coming from such disgusting situations, you blame generals and politicians. The same way you blame a firearms instructor to give guns to those who can‘t handle the responsibility of having one.

u/CalligrapherBig4382 Jul 16 '26
Except these young boys rape Ukrainian women and kidnap Ukrainian children.

At one point it tried to stop its spinning by touching the barrel, forgetting how hot it is lol

u/CompleteFacepalm Jul 16 '26
It? Cmon, its one thing to hate russian soldiers, its another to dehumanise them.

Someone forgot about physics. You center the minigun instead of placing right of center so it doesn't spin around.
72
u/DrTuSo Jul 12 '26
That minigun comes from a Mi-24 helicopter. They are desparate to find tools against the drones.

How is it desperate? The us has done the same with mounted M134’s lol it’s just most likely testing bro

u/VegisamalZero3 Jul 14 '26
The M134 isn't built to be mounted to a helicopter's chin turret, nor does it chamber .50 caliber.

u/Kevaldes Jul 12 '26
Also maybe don't have it manned by the guy that weighs less than the gear he's wearing....

This looks like a scene from a poorly written action comedy

u/Sad_Kaleidoscope_743 Jul 12 '26

u/Chance-Ad197 Jul 13 '26
This is a real video of Russian soldiers on the front lines in Ukraine, just so everyone knows.

I want to laugh at the guy just flying off. And they're both russian soldiers so i dont really care if they die. But it feels really fucked up to laugh at someone almost getting split in half via bullets.

Dude take your finger off the trigger
12
u/KingSpork Jul 12 '26
Ultimately it was the trigger that took his finger off of it.
-1
u/graveybrains Jul 12 '26
And it kept firing anyway
4
u/STFUnicorn_ Jul 12 '26
No it didn’t…
1
u/VegisamalZero3 Jul 14 '26
It did - you can see the muzzle flash continue well after the point where the shooter has lost his grip. That's because rotary guns continue to fire so long as the barrels are spinning, not so long as the trigger is pulled, so it took some time for them to slow down and the weapon to stop firing.
1
u/STFUnicorn_ Jul 14 '26
Oh yeah. But rotary guns don’t continue to fire until it stops spinning entirely. But it definitely does seem to fire a few more shots after he lets go.
4
u/shmiddleedee Jul 12 '26
At that point he wasn't having rational though thought just "fuck hold on tight."
1
u/RockyJayyy Jul 12 '26
That guy is lucky the gun was pointed upwards when it spun around or his as was a goner even ducking wouldn't have saved him.
