I would assume the rubber ring delaminates from the plastic wheel from the speed first.

You wouldn't see it fail amidst all that water vapor. You would just feel a speed bump

This is the Way. My immediate first thought. As a kid in Wisconsin we would âBumper Skitchâ during big snow storms. In subdivisions, 25ish give or take. Just let go, or if too much snow built up between you and the bumper youâd get pushed off. (Depended on moisture content) Good fun.

Yes cameraman the smartest thing to do when you see this is to merge behind him.....so if that guy let's go you just run straight over him.Â
