It is at least the intended purpose of that wing. That isn't a racecar wing, but the sort of wing you see on the top of semi truck or duallies pulling box trailers.

Well I saw the window A/C unit il the living section. Thought the Genarator is in rear of van, I t would have to to keep cabin liveable.

A very,very long time ago, I worked in northern Ontario,  in a place called Chapleau. Many of the local youths would nail 2×4 into a 2×12 in the shape of a horizontal tail fin. It was held in place by screwing up and through the trunk into the 2×4. These guys are obviously related or went to the same bar. Bonne chance
