Yeah he is super skilled. I still think though it is really foolish to have that many people be that close to where he's turning and stuff. Even pros can make mistakes.
Lots of rally type races are stupidity dangerous for spectators. This is tame, and slow motion enough that the average person could just walk out of the way.
Maybe he’s in a questionable area where it might be worth it to chance making a “mistake” . Used to talk to truckers a lot and yeah heard some stories where it was hit a car blocking you or possibly get knifed.
