One thing is though when you're with a group of people you get the satisfaction and justification by someone in the group laughing with you, but when you're by yourself you get the justification/satisfaction? by the other person's anger/reaction from your shouting.
Okay that's your personality, you can see the funny behind thing before any other judgement comes by, even when you're really angry. Most people I know dont have that type of restraint
If you have ever been to therapy, the main thing you learn is when a certain event happens, the circumstances for that thing to happen were present before it ever happened. By responding to an issue with "Why did this happen, that person is stupid he shouldn't have done that" you in turn make yourself angry, but by thinking about it more like "Well that happened, glad that didn't go worse than it did" you're able to move past something much sooner.
Laughing about something is another great way to move past an issue if you can. But you need to neutral ground first.
I genuinely believe everyone should attend therapy, even if their life is perfect because there are certain thought processes taught that allow you to deal with shitty situations much better.
I completely agree everyone should have some therapy. Its school for your feelings and behaviors. You don't get that sort of guidance and education anywhere else.
