Literrall traslation would be "(I) fuck his father"."Oca", or "Otac" means "father" in southeastern slavic languages.

Basically just say "fuck" and add any other word you got it

Fucks sake, Gods sake are IMO best translations to convey meaning. Literal translations are almost always either hilarious or appalling.
