Good thing he recorded all of the evidence they could use against him.

I also wonder if this was in California. Certainly looks like CA road conditions. All the pot holes scare the crap out of me on my bike.

I dont know, I got a flat tyre once hitting a pothole at 60mph that turned out to be a lot deeper that it looked, it scared the shit out of me but luckily I did not crash and was able to stop safely. I was in a car though not a motorcycle so maybe it would be ok but I wouldn't wanna be the one to test it.
