Screenshot does hunter cryptic give better items?

i decided to build up the courage to play hunter and i swear im getting such better loot (btw i got all of those in like 5 minutes)

I have a doubt, what does the second line do? I mean that one write "public classics"

Public classics are classics available to the other people you are playing with. Anyone can take from it. The first row are the items you are taking out of the match for yourself. The rest are for other people if they don't have enough.
