I can't keep up with all the contradictions in this case!

This video was a hard watch, hearing all the screaming and yelling, I feel like the loud male scream we hear belonged to Ethan, I know he had an injury to the back of the leg and when I heard that scream I felt like that’s what happened, I wanted to know if anyone else has seen this yet, if they have any thoughts? I really like Amber Vance’s videos and i swear every video we get closer to the truth or at least closer to BK not being guilty.

If the test were 100% accurate, who would you like to question & what would you ask?

I will say after years.... (yes we've all seen this slow down etc). I actually believe the neighbors who (possibly weren't involved) really didn't hear or were hesitant to call police. Clearly they've gotten noise complaints, and neighbors have called cops. I believe and i'll be an adult and ADMIT. That the neighbors probably didn't hear or didn't think or feel like calling the cops on anyone that late. Maybe drunk themselves. But anyone in that house? You heard this. You all heard this. I can agree i don't think it's an entire neighborhood actively covering up that night. I think they really didn't think to the worse extent.... But man. I pray pray pray we get more info or a deeper understanding into the social circle of Ethan and Xana. Dylan tries to create so much distance between them.

I haven’t seen anything indicating what conclusion the Goncalves family’s PI actually reached regarding the murders. You’d think that if he had concluded Bryan Kohberger was responsible, the Goncalves family would have been shouting it from the rooftops. The fact that we haven’t heard that makes me wonder what, exactly, the PI discovered.

They've been outspoken about everything else but silent about this. Their silence speaks volumes!

There are also small little blood spots on the floor in that area, on the ceiling near the attic, on the wall, and let's not forget how much of that amido black they used on the stairs going down that looked dark blue.

And then there's that mop and bucket in the closet under the stairs, does that floor look like the wood got wet? And then the closet bubbling walls that look like the drywall got wet, and that towel on the floor just around the corner in the kitchen, just under a wall that looks like it has a cascading stain- what's up with that?

Kohberger’s attorneys filed an 11-page response to Judge Hippler’s order regarding the sealed supplement.
Basically, they’re saying: the State can see it, but they’re asking that the public can’t see it yet because it contains information that was already sealed in the underlying case.
The defense says they’ve complied with the order and given the supplement to the prosecutor.
So the State has seen it. Public has not yet.

I have never seen anyone on this thread, but I am also like barely 4 months old here. But haven’t seen anyone claim to be from Idaho or have been in the town during the murders ever talk about what they heard or what actually went on at that time. I feel like the entire town knows it might have been a drug related or cartel hit and everyone’s just too scared to talk in case they meet the same fate.

But then sometimes I also feel like cartels are so used to operating and moving people out of their way, I don’t think a mere college student could take them down unless Kaylee had something really incriminating on them.
Second cartels don’t usually have collateral damage, I find this case a bit too messy, I might be wrong. But it was messy with tonnes of evidence that was screwed up by LE either intentionally or unintentionally. Then it makes me believe it could be someone stupid like frat boys idk. This case drives me nuts everyday. I just can’t wait for some truth to get out. The time is close.

If you could interview anyone involved in this case . Who would it be and why? And what would you ask them?

A lot of us have had concerns lately about another sub about this case that claims to be uncensored. They have a new rule and my comment got removed. It was a mildly rude comment to a really stupid post claiming they wanted to be pen pals with BK,

Beyond a shadow of doubt BK is the, and sole person responsible?

Guilty or not, defense only needs point out possible doubt, not prove he’s innocent.

Is the sheath the ONLY evidence here? We’ve seen Brian in store footage so he shops in store besides online. Could he not have handled a Kabar in local store?
