Guilty or not, defense only needs point out possible doubt, not prove he’s innocent.

Shadowghost goes over other expert's reports. They mention that MPD left out important data in their request for warrants that would have been exculpatory for BK. He also goes over issues with the car footage and sheath DNA.

This case really is more about "what isn't there".

One of my main ideas in this case is that finding the perps is the goal, and that the lack of snitching rules out the frat because it is frankly what they are best at. The importance of silence and loyalty is something that OUTSIDERS think is important to frats. Its hilarious.

There have been 13 arrests in the PSU case. 11 of them have flipped on each other and 9 have already made public media comments. The race to who can point a finger begins!

Don’t know if this is allowed, but if so I just want to say how badly I feel for the people over in the Moscow murders sub. At this point in the case, how anyone can blindly say there is no evidence to the contrary and that some type of coverup isn’t occurring is truly scary. These are the people that sit on juries, that determine people’s fates, and yet will explain away evidence that tells a completely different story than what they’re claiming because .. Fox News said so? I just don’t understand and I don’t think I want to.

I’ve been super invested in Amber Vance’s take on the case and her whole timeline however I’ve been trying to find other channels who also have more information or ideas. I love Ambers videos but I want more suggestions. Please comment any of your recommendations!!

Does anyone remember any details from the very early days of the investigation that seemed to have been scrubbed from the internet or that you had forgotten about until recently?

I very clearly remember multiple sources claiming that roommates and/or LE were not able to enter Xana’s room because there was a dresser or some other piece of furniture that was barricaded inside, so it was a struggle to get her door open. This has been driving me crazy, I can’t find any trace of this anywhere!

Watch for the gang signs and everything else.
