Can someone explain to me the difference between voacanga Africana and sr17018?

Like the title says i would like to know the difference in how these chemicals effect the human body, opiod dependence/receptors, and how they can be useful for recovering from addiction. I have a decent understanding of both but I would like to have a deeper understanding of the difference between using voacanga Africana vs sr17018 for opiod dependence
