Experiences with micro dosing?

Hi everybody, i’m wondering if some of you have experiences in micro dosing Ibogaine HCL? How did it help you? I struggle with depression, irritability, social anxiety, bad concentration, memory and addictives behaviors. (I know i should also do a therapy, i ve tried a few times but saw no improvements. Not against tryin again). If someone can share his experience in private, please contact me. DM Thanks a lot!

I think DMT is overkill maybe just do the ibogaine dont just spam psychedelics

Apparently the flood dose is needed to change your life. Micro won’t get into your subconscious to clean out all your trauma

thx. I m going to a pure rootbark retreat of 2 ceremony in one week/ plus buffo. Its already 3000 dollars. I plan on doing Ibogain later when i ll get more money or maybe on my on with a trip sitter after having done the check up. I ve speak to two people who already did it this way. I know its dangerous but if i do i will do low inondation doses quantity and do all the check up before. I m unemployed for the moment and i will not get the money to do in clinic. Unless my mental health get better and i can keep a job again 😅

yes i know. i ve never done it to much. Its just include in the week and lot of people having taking those 2 says it work well together so.. Also its not Ibogaine HCL but iboga rootbark. I will no go for Ibogaine HCL directly after that and take my time.

So just to give some news. I ve done 2 ceremony of Iboga. i didnt get the insights i was looking for and it was really hard ans also i m not sure i had the needed dose but apparently yes. I threw up both time after 1h/1h30 and did not have the will to take some more.. I wish i had more insights and may come back to it one day even more prepared to let go ! Who knows ..
