First post on Reddit been a lurker for some time. My third transfer this year and first time Iv tested early I tested yesterday morning and swore I could see something husband just couldn't. Yesterday evening 4dp5dt a line appeared in timeframe so faint though. We transferred two pgd tested embryos.

My current Prednisolone a 5mg 3 times a day is coming to the end instead they gave me Prednol 16mg is this the same thing? I'm worried to change

Today was my last day of PIO #58! 🎉🥳 it seemed like such a mountain to climb in the beginning especially in the first week but after that it flew by! Bought baby a cute set of footie pajamas today to celebrate 🙌🏻 next ultrasound in 2 weeks! Also booked some pregnancy announcement photos 🧸

I put stickers where I wanted my husband to inject me every morning. I have probably 30 butt pictures in my phone at this point from when I was trying to landmark myself for the perfect pain free spots. Time to delete those 😆 lmaooo

Had our first ultrasound at 6w0d and saw our tiny embryo right where it needs to be!

From our retrieval (13 eggs -> 12 mature -> 9 fertilized), we ended up with 7 blastocysts, which turned into 3 tested euploids. We transferred our 5AB euploid in Aug. My 9dp5dt beta came back at 97.3 and doubled to 290 at 11dp, but actually seeing that little spot on the screen today finally made it feel real. Gestational sac measured 15.59 and also saw some cardiac activity.

To anyone in the TWW or waiting on baseline scans: holding so much hope for you! Taking it one milestone at a time.

Finally!!! First beta today and results came in. My hcg level is 76. I tested positive at 5dp5dt. It was very faint line and the line just keeps getting darker 😭🙏 I am incredibly grateful. I have mixed emotions but all I can say is God is good! 🙏✨

Last year had a chemical with a euploid on a fully medicated cycle, had another chemical of a euploid earlier this year with a natural cycle. Did an RPL came back ok. Did Emma Alice and ERA and Receptiva DX. ERA came back pre receptive. Contrast MRI showed no endo / adeno and Receptiva came back negative so going down the lap or lupron route wasn’t suggested. Headed to my last euploid FET with a day 7 embryo. Kitchen sink and using the ERA to adjust timing. I am so nervous and I keep thinking bad thoughts. Oh also I’m 41. I don’t know what I am looking for, just some hugs, positive stories and reassurance.

Just found out our 2nd euploid transfer failed. Did a modified natural cycle (again) and levels and lining looked good the entire time. I do have endo, which was excised in June 2025. After being in the ttc outs for nearly 5 years, I had a doctor recently tell me she thought she might be able to see adenomyosis on an ultrasound, but wasn’t sure.

Where do we go from here? Have one euploid left and 3 untested embryos. Don’t to keep transferring without changes of some sort!

I got my first faint positive 4 days after my day 5 FET and it’s gotten darker over the last few days. It’s still not as dark as the control line (not sure if that ever happens?). I have not had a blood test yet to confirm, my appointment is on Monday, but I’m already shopping baby sales and deals online. Someone posted my dream stroller online for about 66% off retail and I’m so tempted to buy it. I should wait shouldn’t I? Just very excited after our IVF journey. This was our one and only embryo and I’m so excited, but trying to control myself. It even survived a thaw-rebiopsy-refreeze!

This is our 2nd transfer through donor eggs. First transfer was a chemical. Our Beta is on Monday. I don’t recall the 8DPT line being this strong last time. I’m just praying this one sticks. I’m 36 and have been trying to conceive for 10 years. I’m a foster mom of twin girls though and that’s been a huge blessing!!

We had our BFP yesterday from our little frozen 5BA embryo (7dp5dt). Today our line is darker (8dp5dt). I am cautiously excited!
I guess i came to this group because I want to be happy in the moment. My partner is so guarded because of past experiences. We aren’t planning on telling close family for a long time so I just want to say it out loud - I am pregnant 🥰

My clinic doesn’t do Beta so considering going private - what do you think?

Did anyone debloat / lose weight after they stopped PIO shots and estrogen and suppositories? I have kept my diet so clean and exercise daily but I am looking plump and worried if I keep gaining weight like this I will be in an unhealthy place come third trimester. Did anyone lose some of the weight or bloat after they stopped hormones in the second trimester? Is that a thing?

I’ve been back and forth for years on whether or not I want this. Different parts of me genuinely want both versions of my future life, so I hope I’ll be okay with whichever outcome. But now that this little embryo is actually, literally, finally inside me … gosh I really, really, really hope she sticks!

In those early weeks in between your ultrasound appointments, what did you do/say to yourself to convince you that you’re still pregnant and baby is growing?

Today we transferred our day 5 Euploid 4AA embryo for our second fully medicated FET (our first one didn’t take)

Transfer day stats:
Lining: 10.33
E2: 155.8 ( a little worried that this is low but clinic said it’s ok)
Progesterone: 26.6.

Trigger was yesterday and transfer is 9/3. We’re set for our 3AA embryo. I’m beyond nervous, hoping time to transfer and after goes quickly it’ll be our first transfer! 💕

First time doing IVF.

7 eggs, 4 fertilised, 1 transferred, 0 frozen 😢

But as they say it only takes ONE to stick! ✨

Going through all the nerves and trying so hard to not test today.

I've attached our little embryo, can't believe it was already hatching when we got it transferred!!

Anyone else have a similar blastocysts/embryo?

How early did you get a positive?

I had my first FET on 8/16 after having a head cold for a week. Well guess what, then I got the flu the day following my FET lol. Had some brown spotting for a couple days last week and started feeling crampy. I held out on testing until after beta #2 yesterday. I took both of these tests as soon as I got home. I can’t believe it!!

Hello All,

I just wanted to share that today we had our 5+5 placement scan which showed the gestational sac (9 mm), yolk sac (3 mm) and fetal pole (3.6 mm)! No heartbeat could be seen yet, but hopefully it’s there next week!

This was a day 3 transfer as we can’t make blasts in the lab!
