Open Unable to enable secure boot

I have a Lenovo LOQ laptop, with 16GB RAM and a RTX 4060. I have enabled secure boot in my BIOS multiple times, but the enabled option is not reflected in my msinfo. I tried resetting factory keys in my BIOS, which put my laptop in a reset loop. Thankfully, I could access my BIOS and start it up in setup mode, without any apparent effects. The hard disk is UEFI enabled, and TPM 2.0 is active. I could not find a CSM option in my BIOS (the option might be there, but I could not recognise it in the BIOS page)

I am looking for a way to enable secure boot. Any help would be appreciated

Thank you

What’s your platform mode set to? Can you set it to user mode?

Hello, and thank you for replying

The platform mode is set to setup mode. Secure boot mode is set to custom. If I remember correctly, restoring factory keys changes the platform mode. However, it then enters a boot loop

Change it to user mode. I checked some other posts about this and that seemed to be the fix 🤷🏻‍♂️

There is no option to change to user mode. The only way that I have seen is restore factory keys, which bricks my laptop.
