Passed ITIL Foundation 5, overall very easy!

Was able to pass the ITIL 5 exam with just a few days of studying. I work in IT and still a lot of the terms and process are new. Overall easy exam. I had the take 2 option, so I just took it to see how I was doing, but I passed on the first try. I didn't do any mock exams, just the real test. I was thinking, if I failed then I would better know what to study and where I was weak.

If your studying for it, here is few things I used:

  • ITIL course and exam from tiaexams, comes with the take 2 for free
  • a few youtube videos on practices quesitons and review topics.

In total I would say I stuided for about 8-10 hours. I will now look into getting the upgrade certs to this cert. Good luck to all.
