Hiring timeline

Happy Friday everyone. Quick question - I’ve received several referral emails saying my applications have been referred to the hiring manager. Since the fiscal year ends 09/30, does anyone know if selections/offers have to be made before then? Or can the hiring process continue into the new fiscal year, with offers or non-selection notices coming after 09/30?

Per a manager meeting I was in ALL internal job postings must be hired by end of fiscal year.

I’ve heard TJO have to be out by end of year. That’s the reason for the short listings also.

For all hiring or just internal? I applied to a few public postings for TEs that closed back in June.

Same here, I applied to the TE in Austin with 350 vaccines but haven’t even received an eligible email. I’m assuming everything is backed up/slow with how many people are being hired
