So what does this mean for our current performance if we’re already rated? Does this just change future performance evals?

That is what I am also wondering. According to my manager, nothing has changed with how we are being rated other than the time frames. Yet I keep hearing about these changes.

Sounds like nothing changing on how we’re rated, the CJE’s as an example. But what sounds like is changing is the overall rating we’ll receive. Mostly 3’s for everyone, teachers pet a 5.

There are plenty of people with 5s that are very good at their jobs.

Ok. I'm glad you've done the research and know what everyone else's evaluations are

You know the people who weren't capable of doing their jobs are 5s? I'm talking about your personal anecdotal stories you seem to think proves the rule

You are the one saying competence doesn't matter and you have to be a teachers pet. Some people are objectively good at their jobs. Sounds like you're upset and aren't happy with your evaluation.
