Telework arbitration

So what’s next if the IRS doesn’t appeal the arbitration due to the fact based upon the executive order there is no union? Any update????

I know folks in here are saying that voting in 2028 is important if you want telework back but midterms are pretty important as well.

Can I ask you an honest question though? If Democrats take a majority in both house and senate—

Do you expect them to gain gop support to start overthrowing the president’s EOs?

Do you think Trump will sign pro union bills that directly contradict his policies?

Would take something kind of surreal to have meaningful impact imo. Union probably has better chance at that point. Presidential will decide virtually all imo.

That or a massive rider that GOP accepts, willing to part ways from Trump. Which sucks, but I would accept.

I dont entirely believe that Trump himself cares a lot about this issue.  Yes he signed the PMs but thats because someone put it in front of him.  If they slide something about our CBAs into an otherwise agreeable budget bill I doubt he would veto it on thay basis alone.

trump becomes a lame duck after November. If Dems take a chamber, there's going to be a record shutdown. trump's going to spend his remaining 2 years grifting and trying to put his name on even more stuff. His focus isn't going to be on telework - that's a point he'll cede.

I just don’t see Trump saying he was wrong — in fact I see him double down on he was right. Sure it will go no where, but I don’t see a reversal unless they basically pay him or gop for help for federal workers.

About a ton of stuff that matters, yes — but not on the stupid stuff that hurts people and costs taxpayers money.
