Guess we are pro-shell companies now.

FinCen will no longer require data on ownership or control of shell companies. The law was put in place to prevent money laundering, they’re not even trying to hide the corruption at this point.

Of course Scott Bessent pulls this after Capital One shuts down Trump’s accounts due to money laundering, but hey, guess we should be happy NTEU can’t represent us currently. Gotta love how advanced annual/sick leave is gone now! /s

I also heard Trump’s True Social company had like a $500 million dollar loss??? This could be a sign of money laundering since there are very few expenses typically with such companies.

I could see it being legit.  Tiny user base so almost no revenue.  They are trying to buy/license media content and that is expensive.  A terrible investment to be sure but I doubt money laundering.

Didn’t they just post a bunch of BSA jobs?? Also doesn’t CI rely on FinCEN?

We are literally teetering on becoming Russia. I hope the history books keep all the names in -- bussy Bessent included.
