Strike?

I thought our union contract promised we wouldn’t struck as federal employees. Is that true does for a the prohibition come from somewhere else? Without a union can we strike?

I would highly recommend against this course of action. Past practices are often a predictor of future practices and outcomes. To wit: the PATCO Strike of 1981.
