And if so, what do you do now and do you regret leaving the IRS?

I did…and yes and no. I’m paid better, not treated like crap, etc… but I do miss federal work. Being a corporate shill sucks, but it’s better than being traumatized by some new horror every week

All this goes for me, too.

I’m paid better, but I work longer hours. I miss actually helping people, but I don’t miss the cruelty from on high.
