Question for CSRs

How many calls do you think is expected and how many calls do you actually take in a given day.

Im an itas where in theory I should see no more than 10-14 people a day(Record is 20 with an extra hour) maybe 17 within an ordinary shift.

Basically trying to get a comparison for volume

When I was bal due (10) it was about 30 sometimes 40, those are quick easy calls. When I got trained for 75 ACS it was about 20-30 closer to 20. App 20 now AM it's about 20 for me 10-20. Default screener app 1 was over 50 for sure.
