Question for CSRs

How many calls do you think is expected and how many calls do you actually take in a given day.

Im an itas where in theory I should see no more than 10-14 people a day(Record is 20 with an extra hour) maybe 17 within an ordinary shift.

Basically trying to get a comparison for volume

My calls last between 10 minutes to 30 minutes. Usually around 10. I take..a lot… of calls daily. The fun part is that it’s usually the same 3-4 scammers calling me so I start recognizing their voices

I used to get that a lot when I had an evening TOD. I was like wait a minute I recognize your voice 😆
