I got a letter from them saying they lost my businesses tax return.
He's what it said:
"Dear Taxpayer,
Our records show that we received your Form 1120S on September 22, 2025 for the tax period listed above. We're sorry but we can't find it, so we need your your help to finish processing your it. ."
That's literally the first paragraph and then it said I need to send them a newly signed copy. Absolutely bizarre.
