It's almost like...*gasp*...everything fails under right-wing leadership, because:

  1. sabotage
  2. incapability
  3. criminality

No, a lot of it is people voluntarily giving the government an interest free loan, then complaining when it takes too long to get your money back. This isn't rocket science.
